Cancellations or rescheduling require at least 24 hours’ notice. If notice is given less than 24 hours in advance, the full cost of the cleaning will be charged. If you choose to skip a cleaning and select a different date, your next regularly scheduled cleaning will remain unchanged.
We do not provide refunds for completed services. If you experience any concerns, please contact us within 24 hours of your cleaning, and we will return at our earliest availability to address and resolve the issue.

Please ensure that all items are picked up off the floor and that surfaces are kept tidy. Surfaces that are more than 75% cluttered will not be cleaned. Keeping areas organized allows us to provide a more thorough cleaning.
We are excited to see your furry friends as well! Please ensure that all pet messes are properly cleaned up. We understand that accidents can happen; however, any pet-related messes will be cleaned around if they are not addressed.
